Head over to your local Sam’s Club on Saturday, July 14th for a FREE Health Screening from 11am – 4pm. Included with this health screening is a glucose test, HDL (good cholesterol), total cholesterol, risk ratio, blood pressure, body fat percentage, vision screening/testing and hearing.
